Rosalia Rodriguez Touchon is a native of Cuernavaca with a background in the hospitality industry. A former student of French chef Jean Louis Coton who had been the personal chef to the Shaw of Iran till his death in Cuernavaca, Rosalia has a talent for gourmet cooking and owned a restaurant/coffee house in the resort town of Pagosa Springs, Colorado called Cafe Cuernavaca in the late 90's. She is currently working on a cookbook of favorite recipes. Cecil Touchon is an internationally recognized artist represented by several galleries and private dealers in the USA in New York, Los Angeles, Santa Fe, Houston and Dallas to name a few.
