Rules for Private Rental Properties

- 50% non-refundable deposit on total stay required to reserve.

- Balance due 10 days in advance of stay

- additional (returnable) 2,500pesos security deposit required and
returned 5-7 business days after end of stay if no damages or missing
items.

- 20.00USD extra per person (3 years old and above) per night above stated number of maximum guests - no exceptions (includes any domestic help you bring with you)

- 15.00USD extra per night for a pet

- Heated pool (if option is present) has an additional cost of gas. - (heating a pool takes at
least 14 hours of constant recycling of gas heated water. The heater is like burning 8-10 hot water heaters at the same time constantly to get the temperature up to about 30/85. To maintain the heat after that is an additional 3-4 hours more or less of heating per day. Many
people like the water around 32/90 - this adds more hours. The cost of gas is somewhere around $5.00USD an hour when the pool is being heated.)

- housekeeper and gardener if present are there to take care of house, however NO PERSONAL SERVICE AVAILABLE such as cooking, baby-sitting, etc. Guests are responsible for Kitchen which is only lightly cleaned ONCE PER DAY if daily service is offered.

- (if mentioned on specific property) house can be used for a party or event with a two night minimum stay for an additional fee. No valet parking, catering services, etc. available.

Additional hours of use are 30.00USD per hour if no other clients are
scheduled to arrive on the same day of your departure.
