A remarkably small museum in the el Calvario area (behind the church)
Güemes # 4. Downtown. Phone: 312 70 81. This is a quaint, tiny museum of old photographs of Cuernavaca behind San Jose at El Calvario. This museum and the curved street it is on was part of a scene in A Clear and Present Danger with Harrison Ford supposedly in Columbia just before the scene where his group is ambushed on a narrow street (also in Cuernavaca) from above. Also this fountain just down from the museum can be seen.
While your here, just to the left of this fountain is an extrance to a lovely botanical walkway in one of the ravines of Cuernavaca. It is about a 10 walk that goes toward downtown in a well maintained natural area with walkways, benches, steps and bridges.
